Nia Limited, with offices registered in JAFZA, is a business enterprise specializing in consumer electronics, home appliances, telecom, and HVAC solutions. Our operations are administered through a network of subsidiary companies in Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
Nia's first operation was founded in 1970 by our founder and president Mr. M.T.H. Nia in Tehran, Iran. In 1982, we launched our international operations with the establishment of our headquarters in Dubai. We now employ 350 professionals specialized in HVAC trade who are capable of handling projects of large magnitudes from design to application.
Our HVAC division represents major manufacturers for the territories of Iran and the UAE. We have an installed base of over 1.5 million units, supported by extended warranties of up to five years for select products and territories through our network of 300 dedicated service providers.
We have supplied the most advanced chillers and VRF systems to over 1,000 projects such as airports, power plants, hospitals, universities and multiplexes.
